Scene 7 is a strategic Reseller and OEM of Macromedia Flex

SAN FRANCISCO, CA and NOVATO, CA SEPTEMBER 13, 2005 Macromedia (NASDAQ: MACR) and Scene7, today, announced a strategic re-seller and OEM alliance. Under the terms of the agreement, Scene7 will integrate Macromedias Flex presentation server into Scene7s single, integrated platform for rich media, and also become a sales channel for Macromedia Flex worldwide. This new alliance will enable companies to deliver next generation rich Internet applications that drive sales and enhance customer experiences to industries including retail, consumer manufacturing, automotive, media & entertainment, government and non-profit markets.
