In Q4, the top 100 deals Salesforce closed included an average of six cloud services each. And in the 90 days after Agentforce went live, Salesforce says, the offering already has 3,000 paying clients.

Salesforce Inc. revenue continued its trend of setting records in its fiscal Q4 2025, which ended Jan. 31.

Salesforce ended its Q4 and fiscal 2025 on revenue growth of 8.8% and 9%, respectively. The software provider’s revenue has grown year over year every quarter since its fiscal 2021, which was in calendar year 2020. In that span, Salesforce revenue has also grown quarter over quarter with two exceptions — in its Q1, which ended April 30, 2024, and its prior Q1.

During its fiscal Q4, Salesforce closed more than 400 deals, each worth over $1 million, co-founder and CEO Marc Benioff told investors on the company’s quarterly earnings call.

In North America, 76 of the Top 2000 online retailers use Salesforce as their ecommerce platform, according to Digital Commerce 360 data. In 2024, those 76 online retailers combined for more than $136.116 billion in web sales. The Top 2000 is Digital Commerce 360’s database ranking North America’s largest online retailers by their annual ecommerce sales.

Salesforce revenue in Q4

In its full fiscal 2025, Salesforce recorded $37.9 billion in revenue. That’s 9% year-over-year growth.

Within that, Salesforce grew its subscription and support revenue more than 10%, said outbound chief financial officer Amy Weaver.

In early February, Salesforce announced its appointment of Robin Washington as its new chief operating and financial officer, effective March 21. Washington’s newly created role at Salesforce combines those of Weave and chief operating officer Brian Millham, who will retire May 1 after 25 years with the company. Millham will transition to an advisory role.

In its fiscal Q4, Salesforce recorded $9.99 billion in revenue. That marks 8% year-over-year growth.

Within the quarter, Salesforce subscription and support revenue grew 9% year over year.

In the Americas, Salesforce grew revenue 8% year over year. In Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Salesforce revenue grew 6% year over year. Meanwhile, in Asia-Pacific (APAC), Salesforce grew revenue 10% year over year.

In Q4, the top 100 deals Salesforce closed included an average of six cloud services each, Weaver told investors. All of its top 10 included its AI, Data Cloud, Service Platform and Industry Clouds, she added.

Salesforce highlights Agentforce adoption

The Salesforce Agentforce platform offers clients “autonomous AI agents.” These agents are capable of “advanced planning and reasoning with minimal human input, without a conversational prompt,” Millham wrote in an Aug. 29, 2024, blog post.

In the 90 days after the offering went live, Salesforce says, Agentforce already has 3,000 paying clients.

And since launching its Salesforce help portal in October, Agentforce has autonomously handled 380,000 service requests, Millham told investors. He said Agentforce has achieved an 84% resolution rate, with “only 2%” of requests requiring human intervention.

He added that Salesforce is also using Agentforce for quoting, accelerating its cycles by more than 75%. The company is also using its Agentforce tool to engage with more than 50 leads per day, using personalized outreach and timely follow-ups.

That frees up Salesforce’s teams “to focus on high-value conversation,” Millham said.
